Burj Royale Holiday Homes Cleaning Project: This project focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services for holiday homes and short-term rental units within Burj Royale. The goal is to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction and align with premium hospitality expectations in Downtown Dubai.

Scope Of Work

• Pre-Check-in Cleaning: Full deep cleaning before guest arrivals
• Post-Check-out Cleaning: Turnover cleaning including linen replacement and waste removal
• Housekeeping Services: Ongoing cleaning for long-stay guests
• Sanitization: Disinfection of high-touch surfaces (handles, switches, remotes)
• Laundry Services: Washing, drying, and ironing of linens and towels
• Restocking: Replenishment of toiletries and cleaning supplies

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all units are cleaned to hotel-standard quality
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Manage cleaning schedules based on booking turnover
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
