📄 Terms & Conditions – PristineX Cleaning Services (Dubai)
1. Service Agreement
By booking services with PristineX Cleaning Services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. Services will be delivered based on the agreed scope, schedule, and pricing.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website.
- Services are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from PristineX.
- PristineX reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing depends on service type, property size, and condition.
- Final cost may vary after inspection if required.
- Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or other approved options.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- Delays in access to the property may result in reduced service time.
5. Access to Property
- The client must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Water and electricity must be available for cleaning services.
- Any delays due to access restrictions may affect the quality or duration of service.
6. Scope of Work
- Services include only the tasks agreed at the time of booking.
- Additional requests on-site may be charged separately.
- PristineX does not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials unless agreed in advance.
7. Damages & Liability
- PristineX takes all reasonable care while delivering services.
- Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Health & Safety
- We use safe and eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
- Clients must inform PristineX of any allergies, special instructions, or delicate materials.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Customer satisfaction is a priority at PristineX.
- If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean if applicable.
10. Staff Conduct
- Our staff are trained professionals and must be treated respectfully.
- Any abuse or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service.
11. Privacy Policy
- All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
- PristineX does not share client data with third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai.
13. Amendments
PristineX reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
